By accessing and using My Free Gantt Chart ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

My Free Gantt Chart is a free, web-based tool for creating and managing Gantt charts. The Service includes chart creation, editing, PDF export, data import, and sharing features. No account registration is required.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overwhelm the Service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all chart data and content you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

Availability and Reliability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend exporting important charts as PDFs for backup purposes.

Data and Security

Your charts are associated with randomly generated tokens. You are responsible for keeping your chart URLs and edit tokens secure. If you share a chart link, anyone with that link will be able to view it (subject to any password you set).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Free Gantt Chart and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms. Charts that have not been accessed for 12 months may be removed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
